— The Tastelab was a four-week temporary restaurant, bar and café around the topic of "Science & Cooking" in May 2016.
Housed in a custom designed pavillon on Polyterrasse in the heart of Zürich, we served lunch, brunch and dinner to over 5000 guests - every course perfected and served with a bit of science.
